Works: We have undertaken works at one of the most reputable restaurants/pub’s in Darlington and surrounding areas called ‘The Mowden Pub’ which entailed forming a new extensive beer garden/external lounge area for the general public to enjoy food and beverages complete with cover from the external elements and heating.
Some of the works involved excavating existing tarmac surfaces and replacing with new limestone flagging (120m2 in total) with a grey gravel border to help tie within the existing boundary walls. Two new german manufactured pedestals were installed on new concrete foundations along with an 80 metre long ducted electrical supply to provide 6 no. external electric heaters. This was then complete with a glazed continuous balustrade with manifestation of the pub’s logo to help create an exclusive area for the general public to enjoy.
All of these works were complete on time (Total programme period 4 weeks) and within the clients budgets.
