Works: Installation of a new aluminium fully glazed entrance lobby to an existing entrance, complete with fully refurbished classrooms, offices and corridors spaces at a school in Darlington.
The new external doors were installed with automated door access control which was operated from the school office to provide further security. Complete new suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting and new plastered walls were formed throughout the classrooms and corridors. Wood effect vinyl flooring and full decoration works were undertaken to the client’s specification.
External works consisted off new tarmac carpark complete with white lining to form parking bays and bus stops for the staff and visitors. New external paladin fencing was installed throughout the full perimeter of the school to create a secure base for all pupils and staff.
All of these works were complete on time (Total programme period 4 weeks) and within the clients budgets.
