Reserve Army Centre – Thornaby (STOCKTON) – Refurbishment of male, female and disabled toilets

Clinton Building Services were contracted to undertake the full refurbishment of the Male, Female & Disabled Toilets for one of our regular clients ‘Reserve Army Centre’ in Thornaby.

Some of the works consisted off a full asbestos cement board ceiling strip out prior to construction works commencing on site. Full strip out of all existing WC and electrical appliances, flooring, internal doors and windows. Full refit of new vinyl flooring complete with Ardex DPM installation and floor screeds. Replacement of all internal decorated doors.

Installation of bespoke vanity units and WC/IPS units which housed completely new plumbing and electrical units. New boarded and plastered ceilings to replace the redundant asbestos ceilings complete with new LED lighting & fire alarm systems. Replacement of damaged glazing to the existing windows plus installation of new FF&E.

On completion of all main building works a full redecoration was undertaken to suit/match the clients .
