Jarrow (Newcastle) – Dining Room Extension

Works: Part demolition of existing conservatory and built from existing concrete slab and dwarf brick walls. Installation of new UPVC full height windows to 3 elevations.

Full valuated ceiling with 3 new pitched Velux Rooflights tied into a new tiled roof. This project features 2 solid oak traditional trusses which will carry new LED strip lighting which are all controlled from mobile phone app access.

New electric underfloor heating with laminate flooring. External wall finishes compromised of applying coloured render to all walls.

We have also carried out a breakthrough to the existing living room which houses new french doors with a fixed side-light.
