Works: Complete new sunroom extension onto an existing bungalow. The front façade has splayed angles with 4 metre Aluminium Bi-Folding doors. Pitched tiled roof tied into the existing structure.

New external through-coloured rendered walls with a front bespoke timber pergola. 2 no. electrically operated Velux rooflights and new bespoke triangle shaped aluminium windows which is housed above the new bi-folding doors. Internal fitout is off an high-end quality with plumbed underfloor heating, Wi-Fi operated electrical switches and lights, £30K kitchen installation, ceramic floor tiles and full vaulted plastered ceiling.
