Chris Clinton

Our Founder/Director is Chris Clinton who is a fully qualified ‘Chartered Construction Manager – MCIOB’ through the ‘CIOB – Chartered Institute of Building’. This internationally recognised qualification is a tremendous achievement as it sets him apart as a true professional in the field. This accreditation has been achieved through a minimum of 15 years practice in the construction industry where exceptional standards of practice is recognised.

His vast construction experience has allowed him to successfully handover multiple sized/valued projects across a range of project types. Chris graduated from Newcastle with a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) recognised Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, this allows him to appreciate the expected qualities of undertaking and handing over prestigious projects.

He delivers the same standards through all of our projects to ensure our clients receive the expected quality values and more importantly they are delighted with our service.
