Birtley – New Sunroom Extension

Works: Demolition of existing conservatory in its entirety (Including foundations) and constructing a new lean-too sunroom extension.

All brickwork and roof finishes are matching the existing house with exact specifications, which helps make the new extension appear it was constructed with the main house.

All toughened glass UPVC windows and French Doors with a full plastered vaulted ceiling. Installation of new Amtico flooring. External works consist of installing 60m2 of new porcelain flags with a Devonshire white stone surround/margin.

All existing garden levels built up to tie in with the new flagging.
