Clinton Building Services have developed an extensive client list within our Reactive Maintenance/Facilities Management/Lifecycle works department, providing the full range of our trades and specialist subcontractor packages.

We have a proven track record working directly for clients as well as being a sub contractor for Multi-National Facilities Management (FM) Companies – such as Mitie Plc, North East Army Reserve Centres, Darlington and Gateshead Councils.

Given the scale of buildings we maintain, we have grown and developed this area within our business and now have a Quality System which is certified to ISO 9001 standard. Within this system we are able to track any one job at any time and cater to both the client and FM company’s needs.
