Reserve Army Centre (Norton)

We are an approved short list contractor to undertake works for the whole of the Reserve Army Centres across the North East.

This project as awarded to ourselves to alternate an existing office room to New Male Changing Rooms for the army cadets.

Some of works comprised of installing new partitions to form a new lobby area. Creating new structural openings into the existing toilet areas to allow use of both rooms. New plastered walls with final decoration works, complete with application of window privacy film.

The replacement of existing carpet tiles with new vinyl flooring including all floor preparation works (Ardex DPM and 2 layers of latex screed). Complete electrical re-wire and installation of new LED lighting and emergency interfaces.

New central heating system installed which included upgrading the existing boiler system and new radiators. Installation of 3 no. FD30 fire doors. We installed new fitted benches with coat hooks.
